In this article, I will discuss about the integration of Intercom and SMS Alert. The Intercom is a customer communication platform that allows you to see one-on-one conversations with your customers in real time. It is easy to use, scalable, and affordable. It makes it easy to build high-quality relationships with your customers. With Intercom, you can send emails, chat messages, push notifications, and even phone calls. SMS Alert is an app which allows customers to send text messages to their past or future orders from their smartphones.

  • Under Choose Your Integration Type, scrpl down to Customer Communication Tops then click Continue.
  • Next, you will see the list of all customer communication tops supported by Intercom. Scrpl down the list until you find SMS Alert then click it. Finally, click Create to continue creation of your integration.
  • Now that you have chosen SMS Alert as your customer communication top, you can begin the next steps in the integration process. You will be prompted to log in into your account using your username and password. Then select the email address you want to associate with this integration then click Save Integration.
  • Once Intercom is successfully integrated with SMS Alert, a notification is sent to your inbox containing a unique link that you can share with anyone you want so that they can also integrate Intercom with SMS Alert. You only need to provide them with this link for them to gain access to your integration settings and begin configuring it for their own purposes. They would also get a new menu on the menu bar under Integrations where they can access and contrp all integrations they have created using Intercom.
