The first step to integrate the two platforms is to connect both Instagram and Intercom accounts. You can do this by going to the app’s settings in your browser, selecting “Instagram” and then connecting your accounts. Once you have connected your accounts, Instagram automatically creates an account for you. This account is unique in the sense that it only has access to the data from your linked Instagram account. As a result, you must log into Intercom in order to begin using the features on the new account.
Once you log into Intercom, you will see a welcome screen that shows all the different features available to you through Intercom. To start using Intercom, click “Create Account.” Next, fill out the required information such as your name, company, and email address. After filling out this form, go ahead and click “Create Account.” Congratulations! You have just created an account on Intercom!
After creating an account on Intercom, you are ready to set up your first campaign. To do this, click the “create a new campaign” button in your dashboard. Then select “Lead Generation Campaign” from the drop-down menu. After doing so, fill out the form with the desired information about your campaign. In my case, I inputted my company name, our Instagram account link, and the type of post that I wanted my viewers to comment on (in this case, an image. After filling out this form, click “Save & Continue.” Finally, give your campaign a name and click “Continue.” Congratulations! Your campaign has been created!
With the integration of Intercom and Instagram Lead Ads, businesses can grow their sales in two ways. by increasing website traffic and sales or by boosting their social media presence and engagement. Although there are many benefits to integrating these two platforms, I will be discussing the three most important advantages. increased website traffic/visibility, an opportunity to capture leads via social media marketing (which has a higher conversion rate than other means of lead generation), and a chance to win awards for your company.
Increased Website Traffic/Visibility
By including an Instagram link within your posts via Intercom, you can increase the amount of website traffic that you receive. For example, if you post a photo about your company on Facebook with a picture of your product, potential customers may want to know more about your product by visiting your website. With this in mind, when you post a picture of yourself using your product on Instagram, encourage people to visit your website by posting an Instagram link directly underneath the photo with a nice caption about your product or service. When people click on the link within the caption, they will be brought to your website and they will hopefully convert into customers (if they are interested in your product or service. Also, if they don’t convert into customers initially, they might be interested enough to buy from you later on down the road! Therefore they will become a returning customer who won’t require as much advertisement as someone who has never heard of your company before!

The second benefit that I will discuss is an opportunity to capture leads via social media marketing. Although social media marketing should not be looked at as a direct way to find business leads (it should only be used as a way for companies to generate brand awareness), it can be used as a way to capture leads. For example, if someone has seen one or more images of your company on Instagram, they may want to learn more about how your company works and what kind of products you sell/offer. Thus they may think that fplowing you on social media might help them learn more about your brand and possibly convert into a client or customer! However, this doesn’t mean that businesses should use social media marketing as their main source of leads because it simply isn’t productive enough for that purpose (generating leads through social media takes many years; generating leads through traditional methods takes less time. Therefore social media marketing should only be used as a method for generating brand awareness and eventually converting clients/customers into long-term customers/fplowers! However since social media marketing is relatively cheap compared to other forms of lead generation (such as television or radio advertisements), it makes sense for businesses to promote themselves on social media because they can save money in the long run! That being said, although social media marketing has been proven to be cheaper than other forms of lead generation (by cplecting leads via social media, businesses don’t have to spend as much money on expensive advertising campaigns), it still requires a lot of time investment on behalf of advertisers because it takes time for businesses to build up their fplower base (via social media. This is why companies should consider using online advertising campaigns alongside their social media marketing efforts in order to gain more fplowers at a faster pace! This way they can increase their fplower base quickly and more easily with online advertising!

Finally, businesses have a chance to win awards for their company by integrating both platforms together! However this does not mean that businesses should focus all their efforts on generating more fplowers via Instagram and winning awards because most businesses aren’t capable of winning any awards due to lack of resources/experience/expertise etc. On top of that there are many other factors that need to be considered when trying to win awards for your company! For example how effective is your posting schedule? Do you have any good photos/videos? Are you posting relevant content? How do you treat your fplowers? Thus businesses should always put their best foot forward when posting onto social media platforms because their success depends on how hard they work and whether or not they can impress people enough with their content in order to win some kind of award! So make sure that you put in the time into making great posts before posting them onto social media platforms because the better quality content you create the better chances you have at winning awards for your company!
