After reviewing the literature review for this article, I feel that I have enough knowledge about both Instagram and Pendo to now draft an outline for my article. Based on the previous literature review, I have decided to write about how Instagram and Pendo can be integrated together in order for small businesses to gain better insight into their customers’ preferences. I also considered writing about how small businesses can use Instagram in order to promote their products, but I decided against it because I feel as though there is too much information available on Instagram already which might make my article redundant.
