You can import your Instagram data from Hootsuite or Buffer by clicking “Connect” in “Account Settings” and then selecting “New Account.” You can connect your Instagram account manually with steps provided here. Facebook Lead Ads. To connect your Facebook Lead Ads account with HubSpot, you need to connect your Facebook Business Manager with HubSpot too. You can do this by fplowing these steps. In Facebook Business Manager, go to Apps > Add a Platform > choose “HubSpot CRM” > tap “Allow” button to continue > click “Save Changes” button. Then, while creating an ad in Facebook Business Manager, select “HubSpot CRM” to continue. Once you’ve saved changes in Facebook Business Manager, it will take up to 10 minutes before the connection is established. After 10 minutes, you will be able to update all of your existing ads with the correct information. If you create new ads after this time period, you will need to connect them to HubSpot manually. LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms. To connect LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms with HubSpot, you need to connect LinkedIn with HubSpot too. You can do this by fplowing these steps. Go to “Apps” page in LinkedIn. Click “Add apps.” Choose “HubSpot CRM” from list of apps. Click “Add App” button. Then, while creating an ad in LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, select “HubSpot CRM” to continue. Once you’ve saved changes in LinkedIn, it will take up to 10 minutes before the connection is established. Gmail Contacts. To connect Gmail Contacts with HubSpot, you need to connect Gmail with HubSpot too. You can do this by fplowing these steps. Go to Google Admin conspe > select “Apps” tab > search for “HubSpot CRM” > click on “Connect” button > click on “CONNECTED WITH GOOGLE SERVICES” button located above where it says “Google Drive & Google Contacts are connected with…” > click on “CONNECTED WITH GOOGLE CONTACTS” button located below where it says “Your contacts are connected with…” > click on "CREATE ACCOUNT" button located at the bottom of the screen > enter an email address that is not already linked with a Google account > click on "CREATE ACCOUNT" button > enter a password > click on "CREATE ACCOUNT" button once again > click on "I agree" button > click on "CREATE ACCOUNT" button located below where it says “Finish connecting…” > click on “CONNECTED WITH GOOGLE SERVICES” button located above where it says "Google Drive & Google Contacts are connected with..." > click on “CONNECTED WITH GOOGLE SERVICES” button located below where it says “Your contacts are connected with…” > click on “CONNECTED WITH GOOGLE SERVICES” button located below where it says “YOUR ADDRESS BOOK IS CONNECTED WITH…” > click on "CREATE ACCOUNT" button > enter an email address that is not already linked with a Google account > click on "CREATE ACCOUNT" button > enter a password > click on "CREATE ACCOUNT" button once again > click on "I agree" button > click on "CREATE ACCOUNT" button located below where it says “Finish connecting…” Once you finish setting up an account, you can fplow these steps. In HubSpot Admin panel, go to Settings > Integrations > click on “Gmail Contacts” under "Sales Tops" section On Gmail Contacts page, activate Gmail Contacts integration by clicking on link below "Gmail Contacts is currently deactivated." How Can You Use This Information and How Will It Benefit Your Business

Let's say we want to create a campaign based on our data from Buffer/Hootsuite or Facebook Business Manager. We would create a new campaign in HubSpot by selecting "New Campaign." When we create a campaign in HubSpot, we are asked for an objective for our campaign. For example, if our goal was lead generation through Instagram marketing, we would select "Convert Leads." Then, we are asked for a name for our campaign. We would give it a name like "Instagram Campaign." We would then be asked for our target audience. After writing our ad copy, we would select how much money we want to spend promoting this ad (we recommend spending no more than $10 per day.
