They have been operating for 11 years now as well. The two companies have similar business model as they both offer human resource consulting sputions such as recruitment services, outsourcing services, learning & development services as well as learning management systems. The main difference between the two companies is that SMS By Connect was founded to offer customer care services like customer support services while Hunter was founded to provide learning management systems to its clients. However, the two companies are both leaders in their field; therefore it would be beneficial if they were to integrate with one another so that both companies will be able to improve their services offered to their customers. Integration of these two companies will allow them to share technpogy resources between one another thus improving the quality of service provided by each company. This will result in better productivity for both companies. On top of that, it will also allow them to improve their customer service methods thus providing better quality services to their clients which will lead to increase in business revenue for both companies.
