  • In this part, I am going to explain how these two platforms can be integrated to improve the marketing strategy of businesses.

    To begin with, let’s take an example of a company called “Amoeba”. Amoeba hired HubSpot to increase the traffic on its website. As Amoeba was using HubSpot, they could see that many people were clicking on their website to read the content but not purchasing anything. This meant that there was a need to improve the quality of their website in order to convert the traffic into sales. Therefore, HubSpot suggested Amoeba to integrate Firebase Cloud Storage with its website so that it can better understand its customers’ behavior. In accordance with these insights, Amoeba modified its website based on the user-behavior analysis. Then they could provide a better customer experience by providing them with what they want even before they ask for it. For instance, Amoeba found out that most users were trying to find their phone number on their website so they put their phone number in various places like contact us page, footer etc. However, users were unable to find it easily because they didn’t place the phone number at prominent locations. So after this analysis Amoeba decided to place their phone number at the top right corner of their webpage so that it becomes easier for the visitors to find it. Such changes helped Amoeba in converting users into customers by providing them with a positive experience. It also helped them in understanding what users want from the products and how it can improve its services which resulted in increased sales and revenue. This integration also helped Amoeba in improving their marketing strategy by cplecting data from its mobile app as well as web version thus it became easier for them to analyze the behavior patterns of their customers and improve their marketing efforts (Schroeder, 2016.
