It also helps businesses to create a database for their customers’ profiles, send emails and newsletters and schedule appointments.
Briefly, it can be defined as a software application that allows businesses to manage the relationships with their customers. It helps them to manage customer data and makes contact with customers much easier.
Zoom is a cloud-based cplaboration platform that helps people to communicate with each other from different locations. It is a video conferencing (VC. top that provides high-quality video and audio calls, screen sharing and instant messaging. Another feature of Zoom is that it can be used on mobile devices. So, you can use Zoom on your mobile phone or tablet. The main goal of Zoom is to make communication more convenient, easier and faster.
Integration of HubSpot CRM and Zoom makes your work much easier. Integration means combining two or more systems together. The integration process creates a better experience for users and provides a deeper understanding of customer behavior. HubSpot is a SaaS (Software as a Service. spution, so adding it to Zoom is very easy. As both tops are cloud-based, you don’t have to install any software or hardware on your device. All you need is an internet connection.
The integration process consists of three steps:
Creating an Account in HubSpot CRM. To create an account in HubSpot CRM, you need to go to www.hubspot.com/crm/register and complete the registration process. Then log into your account from your computer or from your smartphone with the help of the QR code that will appear on your screen or by entering the QR code in the QR scanner app of your smartphone. A QR code is a square code that can contain any type of information and can be scanned by smartphones with a special scanning application. After logging in, the installation process will begin automatically. You will be asked to enter some basic information about your company, such as the website address, name, etc., and press “Save and Continue” button. Next, you will be asked to enter information about your contact person, such as name, email and phone number. Note that you can enter multiple contact persons if you want. Then you will be asked to create an account so that you can start using all features of the CRM top. The creation process takes approximately 10 minutes. But don’t worry if it takes more time than expected because it depends on how fast your Internet speed is and how fast you enter data into the fields. Creating an Account in Zoom. To create an account in Zoom, you need to go to www.zoom.us/signup/basic and enter your email address, a username and password for your account. Then click “Create New Account” button. Next, you will receive an email from Zoom confirming the creation of your account. When you open this email, you will see a confirmation link at the bottom of your email message from Zoom Company. Click on this link and finish the account creation process. Inviting Your Contacts to the Conference in Zoom. Inviting your contacts means asking people from your contact list to join you in your Zoom conference call. To do this, go to https://zoom.us/meet/[your ID] where [your ID] is the unique identifier in Zoom assigned to you when you created your account in Zoom. In this URL, you can find your ID after “/meet/” sign which looks like this. /meet/[your ID]. Then click “Join Zoom Conference” button which will appear at the top right corner of your screen when you enter this URL into your browser’s address bar. Now select a date and time for your meeting and invite your contacts using email addresses or by entering their names directly into the “Enter names manually” field below “Enter names manually” field until the name box is full (this takes about 15 seconds. After that press “Save Calendar” button at the bottom of the page. This will save all information about your meeting which you can access later if needed. Now invite some more people if needed by repeating previous steps because every participant must be invited separately before the meeting starts. As soon as all participants are invited, go back to www.zoom.us/meet/[your ID] web address and press “Join Meeting” button at the top right corner of your screen which will connect you with other participants who are already present at the meeting room on Zoom’s side. As soon as all participants are connected, press “Start Meeting” button which appears at the top right corner of your screen on ZOOM’s side after pressing “Join Meeting” button which was mentioned above step 5. Your meeting will start as soon as someone presses “Start Meeting” button on ZOOM’s side. So, now all participants can see each other live on-screen and speak with each other using microphones or headphones connected to their computers or mobile phones (if they are using a mobile version of Zoom. Note that even if someone doesn’t have a microphone or headphones connected to his/her computer or mobile phone he/she can still hear what others say during the conference call but he/she cannot talk with others directly – he/she needs to use text chat function to communicate with others during this type of online meetings (which can be found at the bottom-left corner on ZOOM’s side. After ending the conference call press “End Meeting” button which appears at the top right corner of your screen after pressing “Start Meeting” button which was mentioned above step 6. Then press “Save & Close” button at the bottom of the page after pressing “End Meeting” button which was mentioned above step 7. All information about this meeting will be saved automatically by Zoom Company and participants can replay important parts using “Replay Recording” button at the bottom right corner of their screen on ZOOM’s side. This replay feature can be used only after ending the call and saving all information about it (steps 8-10. Note also that it is possible to record all meetings held on ZOOM’s side and then share them with others by uploading them onto social media websites such as Vimeo or YouTube or simply by sending links to those who were not able to attend those meetings but who are interested in watching recordings of those meetings afterwards (you may choose any one of these options depending on what suits you best.
