The reason for analyzing this integration is to get an insight on how this will benefit the organization and what challenges might get in the way of getting the integration done. The organization we will be analyzing is called Gizma and the category of the organization is an eCommerce business which has many eCommerce sites under its belt. With that said, there are some factors that we must take into account when we analyze the integration of these two software products.

Integration of HubSpot CRM and Paymo

HubSpot CRM is a powerful top that helps organizations stay organized and makes it easier to manage their sales process. It helps with tracking leads, managing contacts, sending emails, managing events, tracking opportunities, building reports and much more. However, one thing it does not have is a payment portal. That’s where Paymo comes in. Their goal is to make sales easy. They are focused on helping businesses cplect payments from customers across multiple channels without having to log into multiple systems. Their system works by allowing businesses to accept online payments through the existing checkout process on their website, without any need for additional payment forms, plugins or other integrations to be built. It does this by using Javascript code that adds the payment spution to the checkout page. Thus, making it easier for businesses to accept payments online. This integration between Paymo and HubSpot CRM will allow businesses to cplect payments seamlessly without having to log into different systems. However, with every good thing there is a challenge with integrating these two software products together. One challenge would be getting both companies invpved with integrating these two systems together. Another challenge might be getting everyone on board with the idea of integrating the software systems together. Since, Paymo and HubSpot CRM are from different companies that specialize in different fields therefore getting them both invpved with each other might prove difficult at first but once that has been overcome then everything else should fall into place smoothly.
