HubSpot CRM is a marketing automation top that helps companies streamlines their sales process. It includes lead management, lead scoring, and email marketing tops. HubSpot CRM is used by over 30,000 companies and has won many awards since its launch in 2008 including the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service and the B2B New Product Innovation Award.
Nutshell is a CRM top that allows businesses to manage their contacts, leads, campaigns, workflows, and reports. It is used by over 50,000 organizations worldwide. Nutshell also features a social selling platform and a mobile app called Nutshell Connect that customers can download on their iPad or iPhone.
HubSpot CRM integrates with multiple sales tops such as Slack, Google Apps, Dropbox, Twitter, LinkedIn, SalesforceIQ, and more. HubSpot’s integration with Nutshell is a key reason why I highly recommend both of these products to my clients. I have integrated HubSpot CRM with Nutshell in order to automate tasks such as sending Gmail templates to prospects based on their profile information. Once a prospect fills out a form on our website, we know which company they work for and where they are in the sales cycle because they have downloaded our guides. When the prospect downloads our guide from our website, we create a contact record in Nutshell using HubSpot’s API. We then create a pipeline for that contact in HubSpot using Nutshell’s API. In HubSpot, we set up a pipeline for this contact using the data from Nutshell and assign an account manager to them. In addition, we set up custom fields in HubSpot so that we know which guides the prospect was interested in and how to communicate with them using various templates depending on their rpe within their organization. This data can be exported to our CRM partners such as SalesforceIQ or Pipedrive using HubSpot’s API. Once the data is exported from Nutshell into these tops, it can be easily integrated with our team calendar in Google Calendar as well as our task management system in Slack. The integration of Nutshell with HubSpot allows us to accomplish all of these tasks while staying within the Nutshell interface instead of having to use several different applications.
Nutshell allows us to send emails to prospects using templates created in Gmail. However, if we want to send emails to prospects from other email accounts such as outlook or hotmail, we can do this via HubSpot without leaving the Nutshell interface. In addition, we can add our Gmail templates into HubSpot and send emails from there instead. Overall, we save time by being able to send emails from one application instead of switching back and forth between multiple programs.
The integration of HubSpot CRM with Nutshell allows us to integrate all of our sales tops into one interface rather than having to use several different apps simultaneously. We can also track the performance of our leads and campaigns more efficiently in one program instead of having to switch between several different platforms. For example, if a prospect fills out a Google form on our website, we can immediately add them as a contact record in Nutshell using the HubSpot API. Then we can assign an account manager to this person and set up a pipeline for them in HubSpot using the data from Nutshell. We can also send emails to this person from Gmail using the HubSpot API without leaving the Nutshell interface. Overall, this integration saves us a lot of time and money because we avoid the costs associated with hiring additional employees to manually input data between different platforms. Overall, this integration saves us a lot of time and money because we avoid the costs associated with hiring additional employees to manually input data between different platforms. Furthermore, it allows our sales team to focus on what they do best – selling – instead of spending time looking at multiple screens in order to track various aspects of client relationship management (CRM. such as leads and pipelines. For example, I use SalesforceIQ for my CRM top but also use HubSpot for my blogging software and for setting up marketing campaigns for my clients. If I had time to set up more integrations between my different CRM tops then I would use HubSpot even more effectively because I could set up automated tasks such as creating email templates in Gmail based on whether or not a contact meets certain criteria. However due to time constraints I only use Nutshell with HubSpot at this point in time but I plan on adding more integrations when I have more free time.
Increased productivity. The integration of HubSpot CRM with Nutshell allows users to save time by integrating their sales tops into one platform versus having to use several different apps simultaneously. Furthermore, it allows salespeople to spend more time focusing on what they do best – selling – instead of spending time looking at multiple screens in order to track various aspects of client relationship management (CRM. such as leads and pipelines.
Better customer service. Integrating HubSpot CRM with Nutshell allows you to respond faster to your customers because you are able to access their contact information without leaving the Nutshell interface. As explained above, we use Nutshell’s API with HubSpot so that we can import contacts from Nutshell into HubSpot using various filters such as company size or job title which qualifies them as leads for our sales team. In addition, we have customized fields within HubSpot that allow us to tag contacts based on their rpe within their organization. For example, if a prospect is located in Boston then we label them as “Boston” so that we can send them relevant content once they fill out our forms. Furthermore, if we want to send an email template based on the city that they live in then we can quickly find all of our contacts who live in Boston through the Hubspot Tag feature and add these contacts into a group called “Boston” so that they are able to receive our template once they fill out one of our Google Forms. Overall, by creating groups within the HubSpot Pipeline feature based on various criteria such as job title or geographic location we are able to customize our marketing strategy based on each individual contact’s preferences thus increasing the quality of our leads overall.
Increased productivity. The integration is an efficient way for me to track my prospects outreach activities because I can add tasks such as contacting specific people within my prospect’s company through Gmail or adding notes about my activity level at any given point in time without having to leave the platform that I am viewing my notes on at the time. For example when I am creating outreach emails for my clients using Gmail or Outlook then I immediately add notes about this activity into HubSpot so that I can see how many notes I have made about each individual client over time and how many times I have contacted them without having to switch between platforms or open Word documents just to keep track of these types of activities. Even though it may seem like a small thing, this feature makes it much easier for me to manage my day-to-day schedule because it allows me to stay organized without having to remember all of this information when I review it later while doing other tasks on my computer such as creating blog posts or checking my email inboxes or messaging apps throughout the day. I simply add notes about my activity level at any given point in time into HubSpot so that I can see how many notes I have made about each individual client over time and how many times I have contacted them without having to switch between platforms or open Word documents just to keep track of these types of activities. Additionally, once a prospect has filled out one of our forms then we are able to create custom fields within HubSpot based on what information they provide us about themselves and their company such as which guides they were interested in downloading or whether or not they would like more information about our services based on their answers provided on their form. We are also able to add custom fields into our contacts within Nutshell based on what information they provide us about themselves when filling out our Google Forms thus allowing us to automate most of our outreach activities once they have submitted one of our forms online
