    • Go back to your Google Sheets and refresh the page by pressing F5 on your keyboard or clicking on the refresh icon at the top right corner of the screen. A pop-up will appear on your screen asking you if you want to allow the application to access your Google account and access your Gmail data. Click on “OK” and then refresh again the page by pressing F5 again or clicking on the refresh icon at the top right corner of the screen.
    • After refreshing the page, you will see a new menu on the top right corner of the screen called “Script editor”. Click on “Resources” from this menu and then press “+ New resource” from the breadcrumb navigation bar on the left side of the screen. Select “Google Drive Fpder” from the list of resources and press “Create” button at the bottom of the screen to create a fpder called “HubSpotCRM_integration” in your Google Drive fpder with your Gmail account.
    • After creating a fpder in Google Drive, select it and then copy its URL from browser address bar and paste it in a blank text file saved on your computer as a backup in case anything goes wrong during integration process. Open this file frequently after each integration step in order to make sure that everything is going well with your integration process. Also, remember that when you change any information in HubSpot CRM or Email By Connect during integration process, you need to update changes by repeating each step of integration once more before moving to another step of integration process.
    • Now create a new Google Sheet in your Google Drive fpder called “HubSpotCRM_integration_outline” by selecting “Edit menu” -> “Insert menu” -> “Sheet” option from Chrome menu bar or from Google Sheets left sidebar menu option. After creating this spreadsheet, update its name according to your preferences by selecting “Edit Menu” -> “Rename menu” option from Chrome menu bar or from Google Sheets left sidebar menu option if you want to keep this spreadsheet as a backup for future use. I personally prefer keeping it as an outline for my article about HubSpot CRM and Email By Connect so I changed its name from “HubSpotCRM_integration_outline” to “hubspot_outline”. You need to update both the heading and cell names in this spreadsheet according to HubSpot CRM fields so that you can easily copy-paste data into this spreadsheet later on during integration process when copying data from HubSpot CRM into Email By Connect spreadsheet starts getting confusing because of huge data vpume that might result
