After creating a database and table named "users" inside this database we need start both databases (odoo and mysql. Next we need to issue fplowing command. $ mysql -uodoo -p -hlocalhost -P3306 -Aname=odoo -pmysql_password=admin -ppassword=admin -p<password> -e"select * from users where userid='XXXXX'"; Enter password. Now let us assume that we have entered valid credentials for XXXXX . Now if you check your database information you will find that "XXXXX" is now inside your database table named "users". Next step is to configure both applications so they will work together at backend level using MySQL database server. Let us take an example of how these applications can be integrated at the backend level using MySQL database server. First of all we need to install MySQL on the same server where we have installed both applications (as shown above.
