It is a website which helps you create tasks, track them, and get rewards for completing them. The website was founded by Dina Arefin in 2013. Habitica has three main features, Habits, Dailies, and To-Dos. These features are all designed for the user to reach their daily goals. Habitica is free to use for one month, but after the first month there are premium membership plans.

  • Zoho Inventory is an inventory management software program that offers many different features. Zoho Inventory offers the ability to manage product information, order fulfillment, customer service, and more. Zoho Inventory also offers mobile apps for iOS and Android devices. Zoho Inventory is very popular with small businesses because it is affordable and feature-rich. Zoho Inventory is free to use for up to five users with unlimited transactions. After five users there are paid plans for more users and transaction vpume included in the price of the plan.

  • Integration of Habitica and Zoho Inventory
  • Integrating Habitica with Zoho Inventory allows the user to create tasks in Habitica that can sync with items in Zoho Inventory. This synchronization creates an easy way for the user to see what needs to be done in both programs. A task can be synced with multiple items in Zoho Inventory. By syncing the task with multiple items the user is able to assign multiple lines of responsibility onto one item. This means that one person could be in charge of certain aspects of an item while another person could be in charge of other aspects of the same item. If the task in Habitica is assigned to someone who does not have permission to view or edit an item in Zoho Inventory then they will not receive any notifications about the task in Habitica even if it is linked with an item in Zoho Inventory. Syncing tasks between Habitica and Zoho Inventory is easy once the integration has been set up. To set up the integration fplow these steps:

    • Log into Habitica and go to “Settings” from the dropdown menu on the top right corner of the screen. 2. Select “Integrations” from the left hand menu options 3. Click “Connect” on the bottom of the “Integrations” section 4. Click “Connect” on the bottom of the screen 5. Input your Zoho username and password 6. Click “Sign In” 7. Click “Sign Up” if you don’t already have a Zoho account 8. Click “Allow” on any permissions for Habitica that pop up 9. You should have a success message under “Integration Status” 10. Click “Close”
