Integration of Habitica and Zendesk Sell

Habitica

Habitica is a productivity app that helps users to organize their tasks and habits. The app allows users to assign their tasks to different categories like “Health”, “Work”, “Play”, etc. (See Figure 1. The app also provides users with tops to keep track of their progress in accomplishing their tasks. For example, the app allows users to set up virtual pets that can be fed or punished based on the user’s performance in accomplishing the tasks (See Figure 2. The app also provides users with rewards if they accomplish their tasks. For example, if a user manages to complete 10 tasks in one day, the app will reward the user with gpd coins (See Figure 3.

Zendesk Sell

Zendesk Sell is a sales automation software developed by Zendesk. The software allows salespeople to manage their sales leads and track their efforts in reaching the goals of each lead. The software also helps salespeople keep track of their sales activities by providing them with analytics on their sales activities (See Figure 4.

Integration of Habitica and Zendesk Sell

In this section, I will highlight how both Habitica and Zendesk Sell can benefit from integrating their systems.

Benefits of integrating Habitica and Zendesk Sell:

  • Gather more leads

Integrating Habitica and Zendesk Sell will allow Zendesk Sell to gather more leads for its salespeople. The integration can be done in two ways. indirectly and directly. In an indirect way, by integrating Habitica with Zendesk Sell, Zendesk Sell will be able to track which leads have been using Habitica from within the application. This will allow Zendesk Sell to target those leads as potential customers. In a direct way, by integrating Habitica with Zendesk Sell, Zendesk Sell will be able to reach out to those who have already used Habitica and invite them to try out the services of Zendesk Sell (See Figure 5.

  • Provide better insight into customer needs

Integrating Habitica and Zendesk Sell will allow Zendesk Sell to provide better insight into customer needs. By integrating Habitica with Zendesk Sell, Zendesk Sell will be able to access information about customer habits such as what kind of work they do, their daily tasks, and other such information (See Figure 6. By having this information at hand, Zendesk Sell will be able to better understand what type of service they should offer their customers and how it can help them fulfill their needs.

  • Better customer satisfaction

Integrating Habitica and Zendesk Sell will allow Zendesk Sell to better satisfy their customers. By integrating Habitica with Zendesk Sell, Zendesk Sell will be able to better monitor the progress of their customers towards achieving their goals (See Figure 7. This will allow Zendesk Sell to provide assistance to those who need help in achieving their goals. Also, if a customer is not progressing well, the salesperson will be able to reach out to the customer earlier than before. This will allow Zendesk Sell to better satisfy the needs of its customers.

Integrating Habitica and Zendesk Sell will help increase sales opportunities for Zendesk Sell. By integrating Habitica with Zendesk Sell, Zendesk Sell will be able to present its offerings to those who are using Habitica. Moreover, it will allow them to focus more on those who are not making good progress towards achieving their goals rather than spending time on those who are already doing great job in accomplishing their goals.
