Habitica is a productivity app that provides users with a visual representation of tasks. Airtable is a data management platform that allows users to manage information in a variety of ways. These two applications will be integrated and will be used to complete the outline for this article.
An outline of the integration of Habitica and Airtable is as fplows:
· Items (inhabitants, quests, habits, dailies, streaks, etc)
· Tasks (habit, quest, daily, etc)
· User information (name, health, etc)
· Progression (quests completed, level up, etc)
· New habit or quest completion
· Daily completion of habit or quest
· Streak of habit or quest completion
· Level up in Habitica from completing quests in Airtable
This dashboard will allow users to see all information from both applications from one place. It will also display notifications from both applications at once so that users can see how their activities affect each other. For example, if a user completes a quest in Airtable, it will show up in the dashboard for Habitica as well so that users can see how completing a quest affects their health level in Habitica. There is no need for users to login into both applications separately because they can access all information from one place. All they have to do is click on the app they want to view and they can access all relevant information without having to log into separate apps. Below are images showing how the synced information from both apps would be displayed on the same screen:
As you can see from these screenshots, there is a lot of information being displayed on one screen. This is possible because of the syncing feature between Habitica and Airtable. If there were only a single login for both apps, then there would be too much information displayed at one time since both apps contain similar information such as goal scores, amount of gpd earned and lost, level-ups achieved and so on. By integrating these apps, we are able to display relevant information in a single space while removing irrelevant information that may get in the way of important data. A single login also eliminates duplicate entries of data which would make it more difficult for people who are trying to keep track of their progress across multiple platforms. From a user’s perspective, having a single login is much easier than logging into two separate platforms. Users can access all of their information from one place instead of having to log into two different platforms separately for each application. This gives them a better overview of all relevant information without having to go back and forth between two different platforms. One app gives them all the relevant information from both apps without any problem accessing or viewing it in a clear dashboard format. The dashboard also displays relevant notifications about what’s going on in both applications for users so that they don’t miss anything important. Overall, this integration allows users to keep track of all relevant information from two different apps on one dashboard without having to log into two separate platforms separately.
The integration between Habitica and Airtable brings many benefits for users in terms of convenience and usability when tracking tasks and goals across multiple applications simultaneously:
