  • Go to your gravity forms dashboard, and click "New Form".
  • Create a new form by pasting in the fplowing code into the form builder section of the page. Replace the red text with the appropriate information for your client.
  • Paste in the fplowing code into the "Additional fields" section of the page, again replacing the red text with the appropriate information for your client.
  • Click "Save & Close", then "Publish" when prompted to publish your form. It will appear on your site in the same way as all other posts in WordPress.
  • Next, go to WHMCS in your WordPress dashboard and click on "Billing" at the top of the page.
  • Now that your form is published, if you navigate to "New Invoice" there will be a place where you can select which form to use for an invoice. Select your form, then fill out the rest of the details. Remember to tick the box next to "Allow Recurring Billing". You'll also have to put in your price if you charge per month or per year, etc.. If you charge per hour, just put in an hourly cost, but use a time period after setting up time tracking in WHMCS. WHMCS comes with time tracking built-in so you won't have to worry about that!
  • When done selecting everything, press "Save Invoice". You can now view or send an invoice online for this client! Your client will receive an email informing them of the invoice which they can pay directly through their dashboard on your site. They can login at any time, see their invoices, and pay them directly through your site. All you have to do is remember to bill them each month or at whatever interval you need.
