Gravity Forms is a WordPress plugin that allows you to create forms and add them to your site. It has built in conditional logic, multiple submit types and can be integrated with many other plugins like. MailChimp, PayPal and many more. It also has a great integration with Stripe and Braintree.
Typeform is a cloud-based form builder that lets you create beautiful forms that work on any device and integrates with over 200 apps and services. It is very easy to use, with beautiful layouts that are already pre-existing or that you can design yourself. You can also have emails sent automatically when someone fills out a form, allowing you to gather data about your customers.
As I mentioned in the introduction, Gravity Forms has built in conditional logic, so it is very easy to have Typeform send the result of the form directly into Gravity Forms. The most common way to do this is to have users enter their name in Typeform’s signature field. That way, the user only needs to fill out the form once. This means that if they fill out the form on your website then they won’t need to fill it out again when they come to checkout on your store. This is very useful for when they are purchasing something from you multiple times in a row. For example, if they are purchasing software, they will only need to fill out the form once when they first start using it. After that they will be able to update their account in Gravity forms without having to fill out the form again, because Gravity Forms will know who they are through Typeform.
This integration is great because it saves time for both you and your customers. It also makes your customers feel cared for by treating them like individuals. It shows that you care about what they think and that you value their opinions. They will be more likely to keep coming back because of this. It also makes your business look more professional because of how easy it is for users to get the information they want from your website.
This integration can be done with just a little bit of coding knowledge. If you don’t know how to code, there are free plugins that will help you integrate Gravity Forms with Typeform. The best one I have found is called Gravity Forms Zapier Integration. Just install the plugin and fplow the instructions. Once it’s installed, Zapier will connect Gravity Forms with Typeform on its own. You can then go into Gravity Forms settings and set up the fields you want the form responses to go into. It really is very simple!
