Integration of Gravity Forms and Todoist

I will start out by introducing Gravity Forms and Todoist and what they are:

Gravity Forms:

Gravity Forms is a WordPress plugin that allows you to integrate forms into your WordPress website. The forms can be used for contact forms, subscription forms, payment forms and more. Gravity Forms is free to download and you can find out more about it at http://www.gravityforms.com/.

Todoist:

Todoist is a top that helps you organize your tasks. You can create lists, prioritize your tasks and choose when you want an email to be sent to you with a list of things that you need to do that day. It is a great top to use together with Gravity Forms as it helps you prioritize your tasks and get them done, all while you are filling out a form on your website using Gravity Forms. Additionally, you can also connect your Todoist account with IFTTT, Zapier, Zendesk, Evernote and Smart Gantt. You can find out more about Todoist at https://todoist.com/

In the body of my article, I will explain how Gravity Forms and Todoist integrates with each other and how it can help your website.

Integration of Gravity Forms and Todoist:

First off, you have to install both Gravity Forms and Todoist on your website. After that, you have to login to your Todoist account and go to “Settings” -> “Integrations” -> “Services”. In the services tab, search for Gravity Forms and click on the “Connect” button next to it. Then you have to enter your API key from Gravity Forms in the “Key” field and click “Connect” again. You can find your API key in Gravity Forms under “General Settings” -> “API Key”.

After connecting your Gravity Forms account with your Todoist account, you have to navigate to the “Form Templates” section of Todoist. Here you have to create a new form template. To do so, click on the “Add Form Template” button. Next you have to choose which project category you want this form template to be associated with. After that, you have to fill out the subject line of the form template. This will be the main title of the form when the user is adding it to their form library in Todoist. You can also add a description if you want or leave it blank. Next you have to choose which type of form this template will be. It can either be a task list or an item list. If it is a task list, then make sure that the checkbox next to “Allow adding tasks” is checked. If it is an item list, then make sure that the checkbox next to “Allow adding items only” is checked. Next, choose which fields you want in your form template in Todoist. There are many different fields available, such as text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons etc. Make sure that all the fields that you want are filled out in this page of Todoist before moving on to the next step. After that, go back to the Todoist homepage. A few minutes later, you should see your form template in your form library in Todoist.

Benefits of Integration of Gravity Forms and Todoist:

Now that I am done explaining how integration of Gravity Forms and Todoist works, I will go over some benefits of integrating these two tops together on your website:

So there are many benefits of merging these two tops together on one website. Firstly, it saves you time for things like filling out forms on your website because it already exists on another website that you already use every day (such as Todoist. It also makes it easier for yourself or your users to input information into the forms on your site because they will already know where they need to go to fill out these forms (for example, they will already know they need to go to their Todoist website. It also makes it easier for users on your site who use both of these tops because they don’t have to switch between two different websites every time they want to use one of these tops because they are already integrated together on one website. It also makes it easier for yourself when trying to prioritize what needs to be done because instead of having to use a pen/pencil and paper or an app on your phone for this purpose, you just have access to a list in a form ready for you in Todoist that says what needs to be done later or what needs to be done today/tomorrow etcetera. It also helps the user stay focused when doing something because they already have a set task list set up in their Todoist account that they can refer back to whenever they want when doing something using Gravity Forms on their website. They would not have been able to remember everything they needed to do otherwise when doing something since there would not have been any time allocated for specific tasks beforehand without using a system like this one where tasks are set in advance in a form template in Todoist that is connected with a form in Gravity Forms on their website. It also makes it easier for users who use both of these tops because they don’t have to switch between tops when they need help doing something since they already know which top is connected with the other top when using them both together on one website. For example, if someone wants help setting up a form using Gravity Forms on their website but doesn’t know how, then instead of looking for answers online or asking someone else who uses the same tops as them, they can just go straight into their Todoist account and look at their form template there where it will tell them exactly what steps they need to fplow in order to set up their form properly according to their specifications in their Todoist account and even has screenshots/images showing them what each step looks like so that they can easily fplow along and set up their forms properly without having trouble doing so since they already know which top is connected with another top when using them together on one website (in this case. Todoist linked with Gravity Forms. Lastly, it saves space since you would not need multiple different apps or programs installed on your computer/mobile device if the features of both these tops were merged together because it would all be integrated into one program (in this case. Todoist. which would not take up any extra space on your hard drive and would save both yourself and other users (who use both tops. additional disk space and memory space on their devices without having multiple different apps installed separately that perform similar functions as each other (in this case. Gravity Forms and Todoist both perform very similar functions but are not identical. It would save everyone additional space on their devices/computers/phones without having multiple different programs installed that do similar but not identical functions as each other since everything would be merged into one program. This would save everyone additional disk space on their computers/devices/phones without having multiple different programs installed separately that do similar but not identical functions as each other since everything would be merged into one program (in this case. everything would be merged into one program unlike now where they are separate programs.
