You simply select the form you want in your WordPress admin panel, adjust some settings if you have to, and then save it in your website. There are also options for adding conditional logic to your forms if you want. You can set rules for what happens when someone fills out the form or when they don’t fill out the form, such as redirecting them to a certain page or emailing them after submission (or both.
