The integration of Gravity Forms and Knack is pretty straightforward. In order to use this integration, you must have both the Gravity Forms plugin and the Knack app installed on your computer. First, go to the page on your WordPress site where you want to add a form. Click on the “Add New” button in the top bar or hover over “Add New” and click on “Shortcode.” In this box, enter the fplowing code. [gravityform id=1 title=true description=true] Replace 1 with the ID of the form from your Gravity Forms dashboard. Click on the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page. Click the “View Page” button, which will take you back to your site’s main page. Click on the “Edit” button in the lower left corner of this page. Click on “HTML” in the menu that appears on top of the screen. In the HTML box that appears on the right side of the screen, add a new paragraph tag (<p>. between the body tags (<body> / </body>. In this paragraph tag, add the fplowing code. <h3 class="title">[gravityform id=1 title=true description=true]</h3> Replace 1 with the ID of the form from your Gravity Forms dashboard. Save this change by clicking on the “Update Page” button at the bottom of the screen. That should be all there is to it! Your form should now show up as a heading on this page.
