Let’s go over both of them and look at how they work.
In this section, I will cover the use of Gravity Forms Conditional Fields in HubSpot Forms. Let’s take a look at the image below:
You see your form, you have questions about it, and you have no time to manually enter all the answers into a spreadsheet so you can analyze them later on – so what do you do now Well, if you have found a way to integrate Gravity Forms and HubSpot, then you’re in luck because you can now import data from your forms directly into your HubSpot database, where you have access to all your other analytics tops that you may have already been using or that you may want to start using for other projects and campaigns and things like that, and you'll see here we're importing all the information from our contact form and we're importing it directly into our contact database inside of our HubSpot account, and we'll see here we have several fields we need to fill out, we have an email address that we would like people to give us as well as their first name and last name, the actual message that they want to send us, and finally we want them to provide us with their phone number as well as any topic that they'd like to discuss with us further, and once we've filled out this form and we were able to submit it and we got a confirmation back and we want to look at this data and analyze it, we can do so by taking a look at one of these reports that we have, and we'll go ahead and click on this report here called Opportunities, and we'll see here that we have a bunch of leads that we've gathered through our form that we want to go through and see what's going on with them, how many leads did we get from the form itself, how many leads completed the form but never submitted it, how many leads did we get from submissions that didn't come from the form itself but were associated with the form, how many leads are still active, are there leads that are inactive or that are pending or that are in some sort of different stage in the process with us, so when it comes down to integrating your system together through something like this, this is just one example of how you could do so in this case with the form in the particular campaign in which I was working, I'm in charge of making sure that all of our leads are properly taken care of so they feel loved and taken care of when they sign up for our services so I want to make sure I fplow up with them quickly to make sure that they're not getting lost along the way or forgotten about or anything like that because someone else has signed up for my service before them or they haven't heard from me but they're expecting to hear from me soon so they're starting to get impatient, so I
