Gmail

Gmail is a free email service of Google. It was released in 2004. Now it has more than 1 billion registered users. It has many features such as:

  • Storage. You can store up to 15GB of data in your account. It is not enough for storing large files such as videos, but it is enough for storing documents, texts and pictures.
  • Security. Gmail uses HTTPS protocp to encrypt data when it is transferred between your computer and Gmail servers. So nobody can attack your account or intercept data.
  • Multiple accounts. You can have several accounts in your Gmail. For example, you can have one Gmail account for personal purposes and another one for work purposes.   • Labels. If you want to organize your emails or saves time while searching your email later on, you can use labels. For example, you can label your emails according to their content or sender.   • Searching emails. If you have many emails in your inbox, it could be hard to find them later on especially when they are mixed with emails from other people or emails with different labels. Step 1. Install Gravity Forms plugin on your website or blog by going to the Plugins menu and click Add New button beside Upload Plugin section as shown in figure 1 below:

In figure 2 below, select Upload Plugin from Zip File option fplowed by choosing Browse button at the left side of this section as shown in figure 2 below:

Figure 3 below shows a drop down menu with options for uploading plugin files from your computer or network drive. Select the plugin file from your computer and upload it by clicking Choose file button as shown in figure 3 below:

Figure 4 below shows a warning message saying that all plugins must be approved before they can be activated on your website as shown in figure 4 below. If you want to skip this step and approve plugin directly then go ahead and click on Activate Plugin button as shown in figure 5 below. After accessing the Plugin Activation page as shown in figure 6 below. Type a title for your plugin and select Publishable option as shown in Figure 7 below. Then click on Publish button as shown in figure 8 below. A new page will be opened showing you a success message as shown in figure 9 below. Click on Return to Plugins page button as shown in figure 10 below. Under Installed Plugins section click on Activate Plugin button as shown in figure 11 below. Then click on Return to Plugins page button as shown in figure 12 below. Now install the Gravity Forms Contact Form by going to the Plugins menu and selecting Add New option as shown in figure 13 below. Type Gravity Forms Contact Form for Contact Page Title and select Plugin from the Content section as shown in figure 14 below. Click on Install Now button as shown in figure 15 below. A new page will be opened showing you a success message as shown in figure 16 below. Click on Return to Plugins page button as shown in figure 17 below. Then click on Activate Plugin button as shown in figure 18 below. After accessing the Plugin Activation page as shown in figure 19 below. Type a title for your plugin and select Publishable option as shown in Figure 20 below. Then click on Publish button as shown in figure 21 below. A new page will be opened showing you a success message as shown in figure 22 below. Click on Return to Plugins page button as shown in figure 23 below. Then access the Gravity Forms Settings menu by going to Your Profile section and clicking on Settings link as shown in figure 24 below. Type gravityforms_contact_page_id for Contact Page ID field value, gravityforms_contact_form_id for Contact Form ID field value and gravityforms_gfapi_key for API Key field value respectively as shown in figure 25 below . Click on Update Settings button as shown in figure 26 below . Now go back to the Home page of your website then click on Configure Gravity Forms link under Pages section as shown in figure 27 below . Click on Send Test Email link under Send Test Emails section then enter an email address where you want to receive test emails then click on Send Test Email button as shown in figure 28 below . After clicking Send Test Email button an email will be sent to your email address entered previously . Click on Return to Configuration Page button as shown in figure 29 below . Click on Send Test Email link under Send Test Emails section again then enter an email address where you want to receive test emails then click on Send Test Email button as shown in figure 30 below . After clicking Send Test Email button an email will be sent to your email address entered previously . Click on Return to Configuration Page button as shown in figure 31 below .
