Gravity Forms (GF. is a WordPress plugin for creating forms for cplecting data. It is extremely flexible, reliable and secure. GF has been in development for over 10 years, is supported by a team of developers and is used on hundreds of thousands of websites around the world.

Deskpro

Deskpro is a CRM system that is designed to integrate with WordPress. Deskpro provides the fplowing features:

CRM system to manage contacts

Email marketing with list management

Lead generation;

Automatic fplow-up;

The integration between Gravity Forms and Deskpro looks like this:

Deskpro offers a range of different contact types that can be integrated with Gravity Forms. The main ones are shown below.

  • Lead Type

As an example let’s look at the Lead type of contact. This type allows you to capture the name and email address of the lead. You can also have a text field to capture additional information. In Figure 2 below, we can see that a lead has been created and assigned to the relevant campaign. If you hover over the lead name you can see they have filled out a form before. This means that they have already interacted with your website. This makes it easier for you to keep track of leads and gives you the opportunity to fplow up with them with automated emails and other actions. If you hover over the Campaign name you can see how many leads have been assigned to this campaign. This way you will know if there are any extra leads that need to be assigned to another campaign or if there are too many leads for one campaign (see Figure 2.

  • Contact Type

This contact type is used for cases where you want to capture more information about your contact. As an example, if you have booked a flight online and have reached the end of the booking journey, the system will ask you what your travel plans are and who else will be in your party. The system will then automatically create a contact record in Deskpro based on the answers provided. In Figure 3 below, we can see that a contact record has been created and assigned to the relevant campaign. You can also see if they have filled out a form before as well as all their case details (Figure 3. This way you know if there are any extra details that need to be provided by the contact or if there are too many details for one case (see Figure 3.
