Step 1. Set up your WordPress website in AWS. Sign in to your AWS account and go to the Dashboard. Then choose Services > DynamoDB. Click on “Create Table” then enter the table name in “Add Table” text box. Finally, click on “Create” button at the bottom of the page to continue.

Step 2. Once your table is created, setup your Gravity Forms plugin and enter your table’s name at “Settings” > “Integration” > “Amazon DynamoDB” > “Database Name” field. Make sure you have entered the correct values before proceeding to the next step.

Step 3. On your WordPress dashboard, navigate to “Settings” > “Integration” > “Amazon DynamoDB” and choose the form you want to connect to your database. To add a new form to your database, click on “Add New Form” then select “Amazon DynamoDB” from the drop-down menu. Next, enter the form name and table name you created before. Click on “Save Changes” if everything goes fine.

Step 4. Back on your AWS dashboard, go to “Developers Tops” > “DynamoDB Management Conspe” and choose your database name from the list. Then click on “Query Table” and copy and paste the query code onto the query editor and click on “Execute Query” button to check whether it works properly or not. The query editor will display all records from your table in a grid format. You can modify the fields you want to display in your form at “Display Attributes” section. In addition, you can modify the sort order of records by modifying the sort attribute in this area as well.

Step 5. Finally, you may want to display a total count of records from your table in your form. To do so, navigate back to your WordPress dashboard and click on “Settings” > “Integration” > “Amazon DynamoDB” > “View Count” option. Check the box next to “Enable View Count” then select the view count format you prefer from the drop-down menu. You can also add a link to this option in your form by checking the box next to “Show View Count Link” option below, then enter its value in value field beside it. Then click on “Update Form” button at the bottom of this page to save changes.
