  • SMTP by Connect is a push notification service that allows you to send notifications to your customers via email, SMS, or social media. It can also be integrated with GoToWebinar to allow you to send invitations to your webinar attendees via email.

  • GoToWebinar offers an external integration called SMTP by Connect. The integration allows you to send email reminders to participants who have registered for your webinar. There are two types of reminders that can be sent - scheduled reminders and instant reminders. Scheduled reminders are scheduled before the scheduled start time of the webinar, while instant reminders are sent at the scheduled start time. Instant reminders are recommended if you would like to notify participants outside their time zone.

    Sign up for a free account on SMTP by Connect. Go to ‘Settings’ on your GoToWebinar account and select the ‘Integration’ tab. Enter the email address and password of your SMTP by Connect account and click ‘Save’. Choose the notification method you would like to use (email, SMS, or social media.
