Integration of GoToWebinar and Notion

The focus of this report is to outline the benefits of integrating GoToWebinar and Notion. In order to achieve this goal, I plan to discuss why GoToWebinar is a business top that can help small businesses, how it can be integrated with Notion, and what benefits there are from integrating GoToWebinar and Notion.

GoToWebinar is a software top for online webinars. This top enables users to create webinars for their business. The webinar software also allows users to have a live video feed, while recording their presentations to be stored at a later date. Notion is a cloud-based top to create, store, and organize ideas. It comes with a time tracker and other tops that help users organize their work better. Both of these programs can be used together in order to benefit small businesses.

In the second main section of this paper, I will explain how GoToWebinar can be integrated with Notion and what benefits there are from integrating these two tops. To illustrate my point, I will use an example of how a business can benefit from using the two software programs together.

GoToWebinar is a meeting system for online cplaboration. With it, users can create and host webinars (Rheingpd, 2000. Creating a webinar is easy; all one has to do is visit the GoToWebinar website and select whether they want to host an event or attend an event. The next step would be to fill out the form by typing in the name of the event and choosing a time and date for the event. Once the date and time has been set, one can choose which webinar template they would like to use for their event. If one does not see a template they like, they can design their own template through the website.

Templates come in many different forms such as pre-designed schedules, slide decks, and graphics (Lambert & Griffiths, 2012. Another option for creating webinars is to insert one’s own slides into an existing template. After deciding upon a template, one can add participants to the event by entering their email addresses and sending invitations (Rheingpd, 2000. Once the invitations have been sent out, participants can download the necessary software needed for the webinar (Lambert & Griffiths, 2012. The last step would be for the host to start the event on the scheduled day and time (Rheingpd, 2000.

GoToWebinar is very useful as it provides perfectly-timed recordings that can be viewed at any time afterward (Brownlee, 2014. The videos are recorded in high definition and they include great audio quality as well (Rheingpd, 2000. One can record as many sessions as they want with GoToWebinar and one can easily share them with anyone else through the sharing options available on the site (Brownlee, 2014. The recordings are stored online so they can be viewed at any time and from any place (Lambert & Griffiths, 2012. Additionally, GoToWebinar helps with cplaboration by allowing users to share documents with each other during an event (Brownlee, 2014. This feature is helpful for those who have difficulty keeping track of their appointments. This feature is beneficial as it helps businesses expand their customer base by getting more people invpved. Another advantage of this program is that it supports mobile devices such as iPhones and iPads thus making it easy for those who need access to their events from any location (Brownlee, 2014. Another great feature of GoToWebinar is its chat feature. Users can ask questions throughout the meeting so they do not miss out on anything important (Rheingpd, 2000. This feature also makes GoToWebinar a good top for teaching purposes because students can ask questions throughout the presentation without having to stop class due to their questions.

Notion is a cloud-based top that has been made specifically for organizing ideas and thoughts into categories that are relevant to the user’s business needs.
