Once you press button as shown in step 3 above, it will take you back to the “System Settings” page where now there will be a section called “Integrations” under which your Freshworks CRM account will be shown (see image below. Now click on “Install Applet” link present below your Freshworks CRM account name:

Step 5. Once you click on “Install Applet” link as shown in step 4 above, it will take you back to the same page where now a small window will appear saying “Configuring…” which means that your Freshworks CRM account is being integrated with GoToWebinar now (see image below):

Step 6. After integrating your Freshworks CRM account with GoToWebinar as discussed above, there will be a new section called “GoToWebinar” under which there will be options available for creating a new event using GoToWebinar (see image below):
