Now that we know what GoToWebinar and Freshworks CRM are, let’s discuss how these two platforms can be integrated with each other.
As discussed above, GoToWebinar offers the option to integrate with other platforms including Salesforce, Zoho etc. Therefore, if you are using Salesforce or Zoho in your business then you can connect them with GoToWebinar with minimal effort. Similarly, you can connect your Freshworks CRM account with GoToWebinar too. However, you need to have a license of both these platforms to be able to integrate them with one another. Step 1. First thing you need to do before connecting your Freshworks CRM account with GoToWebinar is to make sure that you have installed the latest version of GoToWebinar on your computer in order to be able to connect it with Freshworks CRM account. Step 3. After clicking on “Add Integration” link as shown in step 2 above, it will take you to another page where you need to enter few details about your Freshworks CRM account so that it can be connected to your GoToWebinar account (see image below. Here you should enter your “Username” and “Password” and press “Connect Account” button present at bottom of this page:
Step 4. Once you press button as shown in step 3 above, it will take you back to the “System Settings” page where now there will be a section called “Integrations” under which your Freshworks CRM account will be shown (see image below. Now click on “Install Applet” link present below your Freshworks CRM account name:
Step 5. Once you click on “Install Applet” link as shown in step 4 above, it will take you back to the same page where now a small window will appear saying “Configuring…” which means that your Freshworks CRM account is being integrated with GoToWebinar now (see image below):
Step 6. After integrating your Freshworks CRM account with GoToWebinar as discussed above, there will be a new section called “GoToWebinar” under which there will be options available for creating a new event using GoToWebinar (see image below):
