Canny’s AI-powered platform allows users to cplect data from multiple sources, organize this data, tag it automatically and store it in an easily accessible manner all while tracking changes in customer behavior over time. This allows business users to gain further insights into how customers interact with their products and services so that they can optimize their digital offerings as needed.

Integration of GoToWebinar and Canny

GoToWebinar offers a variety of features that can be integrated with other software applications in order to improve customer experience and enhance productivity.
