There are many features to discuss but most importantly we will be discussing integration of GoToWebinar and Canny. I am going to be asking you to do a little bit of research before we get started.

This allows them to review content and watch it when it fits into their schedule. The recording can also be downloaded as an MP3 file.

Canny is an artificial intelligence platform that helps businesses automate the process of capturing, organizing, storing and sharing customer data across the organization. Canny’s AI-powered platform allows users to cplect data from multiple sources, organize this data, tag it automatically and store it in an easily accessible manner all while tracking changes in customer behavior over time.
