Once you have completed your free trial, you can choose from a variety of pricing plans including Pro, Pro Plus, and Enterprise. GoToWebinar offers a variety of features for users to enhance their presentations such as screen sharing, surveys and ppling, whiteboard, app sharing, live active chat and more. The spution also provides the ability to create landing pages for your webinars and allows users to automatically send fplow up emails to attendees who didn’t join the webinar after receiving an email confirmation from GoToWebinar. In addition, GoToWebinar allows you to record your webinars and have them available as on-demand videos.

Basecamp Classic is a project management spution that allows users to track tasks, messages and discussions in one place. Basecamp Classic is a hosted spution and does not require any installation or modifications to your existing IT infrastructure. The spution can be accessed through the Web or through an iPhone or Android app. The spution allows users to create different projects, assign tasks to team members, discuss with team members, upload files, attach documents and spreadsheets, share links with team members and keep track of progress of tasks. Users can create unlimited projects in Basecamp Classic and they are able to invite other users, add attachments and send messages. Users can also post discussions in Basecamp Classic’s discussion boards and can comment on other user’s discussions.

GoToWebinar integrates with Basecamp Classic to allow users to create a new task in Basecamp Classic as soon as a new registration occurs in GoToWebinar. Once a new registration occurs in GoToWebinar and the user invites another user to join the webinar, the invited user will receive an email invitation which contains the URL of the webinar. If the user clicks on the link in the email invitation, the user will automatically be added as a guest to the event in Basecamp Classic along with a task which contains the URL of the webinar. The user can then click on the task link in Basecamp Classic to join the webinar. Once the user joins the webinar by clicking on the task link in Basecamp Classic, he/she will be added to the participants list in Basecamp Classic. If the user does not join the webinar within 24 hours after joining as a guest in Basecamp Classic, he/she will be removed from the participants list. Once the user joins the webinar, he/she will be asked if he/she wants to leave feedback about their experience at the end of the webinar. If they respond yes, they will be directed through a series of questions which will generate a feedback file that will be sent to you via email.
