It also offers premium features like Google sync, contact management, and appointments on mobile devices (CalendarHero, 2013. This service is available for free but with some limitations. Paid premium accounts are available which include unlimited attendees, unlimited calendar backups, Google sync, contact management and access to mobile apps with recurring billing (CalendarHero, 2013.

Integration of GoToTraining and CalendarHero

GoToTraining and CalendarHero can be integrated in various ways. For example, they may be integrated to make it easier for an individual user to use both services without having to log on to each one separately. They may also be integrated in order to allow users from outside an organization to participate in meetings hosted by members within the organization. Finally, they may be integrated in order to make it easier for users of one service to use another service. The benefit of integration is that there will be fewer tops to learn, less confusion about how to use each top and less time spent learning how to use new tops.

Benefits of Integration of GoToTraining and CalendarHero

Because of the benefits of integration between GoToTraining and CalendarHero, the two applications can be integrated in several ways. There are several benefits of integration between these two applications:

Benefit 1. Contacts can be easily shared between GoToTraining and other services. One benefit of integration between GoToTraining and CalendarHero is that contacts who have been saved in CalendarHero can be easily accessed by GoToTraining because they are stored in the same database. Therefore, if a contact has been saved in CalendarHero and a meeting is being set up using GoToTraining, the name and email address of any contacts listed under the contact’s personal information can be copied into the conference description field of GoToTraining. When this feature is used, it enables the host of the meeting to see a list of people who will be attending the meeting before it starts so that he or she can see who will be participating in the meeting before it starts and can prepare accordingly (e.g., figure out what screen should be shown during the meeting etc.. In addition, when a person accepts an invitation to attend a meeting using CalendarHero, he or she will receive an email asking if he or she would like to join the meeting via GoToTraining instead of joining the meeting using CalendarHero. This email includes instructions on how to download GoToTraining onto his or her computer so that he or she can join the meeting via GoToTraining instead of joining the meeting via CalendarHero (CalendarHero, 2013.

Benefit 2. Data from GoToTraining can be saved as an event in CalendarHero. Another benefit of integrating GoToTraining and CalendarHero is that it makes it possible for someone who uses GoToTraining to save data from a training session into their CalendarHero calendar so that they can later reference it whenever they want to. For example, let’s say that someone gives a presentation at a training session using GoToTraining but does not save the file for the presentation after he or she finishes giving the presentation. After giving the presentation, he or she can save his or her notes as an event in CalendarHero so that he or she can go back and look at them later (e.g., if he or she wants to edit them. regardless of whether or not he or she saves his or her notes as an event in GoToTraining. This person’s notes are automatically saved as an event in CalendarHero because the person who gave the presentation was using GoToTraining while giving his or her presentation. He or she could also have saved his or her PowerPoint file as an event in CalendarHero if he or she wanted to do that instead of saving his or her notes as an event in CalendarHero after giving his or her presentation (CalendarHero, 2013.

Benefit 3. Users can see whether or not there is room left in a meeting after accepting an invitation to attend a meeting using CalendarHero instead of manually checking the number of attendees on a calendar before deciding whether or not they want to accept an invitation to attend a meeting. If two or more people are trying to attend a meeting at the same time using CalendarHero and both want to attend but there is not enough room left in the meeting for both people to attend at once, they will both get an email informing them that there is not enough room left in the meeting for both of them to attend at once (CalendarHero, 2013. If they would have accepted invitations using GoToTraining instead of accepting invitations using CalendarHero, they would have been able to tell whether there was enough room left in a meeting before accepting an invitation because they would have seen how many attendees there were in a meeting after joining it instead of having to manually check how many attendees there were before deciding whether or not they wanted to accept an invitation to join a meeting. Therefore, since integration between GoToTraining and CalendarHero makes it possible for users to see whether or not there is room left in a meeting after accepting an invitation instead of manually checking how many attendees there are before deciding whether or not they want to accept an invitation, it makes it easier for users to decide whether or not they want to accept an invitation without accidentally accepting more than one invitation at once (CalendarHero, 2013. It also makes it possible for users to instantly change their minds after accepting an invitation without having to go through extra steps like changing their mind about attending a meeting using Outlook Express. Therefore, although there are several benefits of integrating GoToTraining and CalendarHero, one benefit is that integration between these two services makes it possible for users who accept invitations using CalendarHero instead of accepting invitations using Outlook Express because they had already installed GoToTraining beforehand to tell whether or not there is room left in a meeting after accepting an invitation instead of having to manually check how many attendees there are before deciding whether or not they want to accept an invitation. They can see how many attendees there are by checking how many attendees there are after joining a meeting rather than by checking manually how many attendees there are before deciding whether or not they want to accept an invitation (CalendarHero, 2013. This means that it makes it easier for users who accept invitations using CalendarHero instead of accepting invitations using Outlook Express because they had already installed GoToTraining beforehand to decide whether or not they want to accept an invitation without having to go through extra steps like changing their mind about attending a meeting using Outlook Express. Therefore, integration between GoToTraining and CalendarHero helps prevent double bookings because if two people try to reserve the same room at the same time using either GoToTraining or CalendarHero and both want to reserve the same room at the same time but there is not enough room left in the room for both people to reserve it at once, they will both receive an email informing them that there is not enough room left in the room for both of them to reserve it at once (CalendarHero, 2013. Therefore, if two people are trying to reserve rooms at the same time and both want to reserve those rooms but there is not enough room left in those rooms for both people to reserve them at once, they will both receive an email informing them that there is not enough room left in those rooms for both of them to reserve them at once (CalendarHero, 2013. If they would have reserved rooms using Outlook Express instead of reserving rooms using CalendarHero because they had already installed GoToTraining beforehand, they would have been able to tell whether there was enough room left in a room before reserving it instead of having to manually check how many attendees there were before deciding whether or not they wanted to reserve a room. Therefore, since integration between GoToTraining and CalendarHero helps prevent double bookings because people who accept invitations using CalendarHero
