GoToTraining is a product by Citrix Systems, Inc. that enables users to capture, create, and share multimedia presentations online. Citrix Systems, Inc. is also the company responsible for the creation of GoToMyPC, GoToMeeting, GoToAssist, and GoToWebinar. On the other hand, ServiceNow is a product created by ServiceNow Incorporated that aims to automate IT service management processes.ServiceNow Inc. was established in 2004 by Fred Luddy and John Quinn, with the aim of creating a software that would simplify the process of managing IT services. The idea was to implement a centralized model where all IT processes could be managed and monitored in one centralized system. In 2006, ServiceNow went public and raised $45 million in its initial public offering (IPO. The company has since been listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange under the symbp NOW.In 2009, ServiceNow announced the acquisition of another IT management software company called Enstratius. Users can also host live training sessions with remote participants from various parts of the globe.GoToTraining was launched in 2005 by Citrix Systems Inc., which is the same company that developed GoToMyPC, GoToMeeting, GoToAssist, and GoToWebinar. This software is still being actively used today by organizations worldwide such as NASA, US Navy, Coca-Cpa, and other large corporations.The main components of the GoToTraining program are Content Creator, Presentation Platforms, Services Platforms, and Services Delivery Platforms. The Content Creator is where users can access templates for creating their own training materials. The only limit is on how many characters per page they are allowed to use when creating their own presentations based on the existing templates.
