Integration of GoToTraining and Harvest

Since the mid-1990s, organizations have been using Web-based training (WBT. to organize and deliver their training courses. The first WBT systems were text-based and did not offer much interactivity for the learners. As a result of these limitations, many businesses developed proprietary desktop-based systems to design and deliver their training programs. The first generation of these systems was often cumbersome to use and required the users to learn specific programming languages.

In the early 2000s, a new generation of WBT tops emerged that offered more interactivity for learners, as well as more flexibility for content creators. Although VC tops are quite useful for developing large, instructor-led training programs, they are not designed to be used in the development of small, self-paced training programs.

It has all the necessary features needed for developing, deploying, and delivering training programs without having to invest in a separate VC top. Moreover, Harvest can be integrated with GoToTraining, which makes it easy to deliver larger training programs to employees who are located at multiple locations around the world.

GoToMeeting works with all major browsers and operating systems. GoToMeeting offers both free and paid plans that the users can choose from. GoToTraining is capable of working on mobile devices. Harvest is a complete, self-service software that allows you to build and deliver small, self-paced training programs to employees. Both GoToMeeting and Harvest can be integrated with each other in order to provide comprehensive support for larger training programs.

While GoToTraining offers screen sharing capabilities, it does not allow you to record your screen during a training session. This is where Harvest comes into play.
