With the integration of GoToMeeting and OneDrive, users can easily share their files and documents during meetings. The integration is seamless; all you have to do is to use the “File” menu in GoToMeeting and select “Upload Files” option. This will start uploading files from your desktop or local hard drive to the remote server. Once uploaded, you can share it by sharing the URL or embedding it directly into the document.

Let’s say that we just hosted a meeting with ten cpleagues and shared some presentation slides with them via OneDrive (instead of sending it as an attachment via email.
