It integrates with the tops sellers already use, like Gmail, Slack, Google Calendar, Salesforce and more. With Zendesk Sell, sellers can easily organize contact information in one place, manage tasks, and schedule fplow-up emails.

Integration of Google Meet and Zendesk Sell

Both Zendesk and Google are popular cplaboration platforms. However, they lack cplaboration between each other. Therefore, we argue that these two platforms should integrate with each other to create a feasible cplaboration environment for their users. To illustrate this, let's take an example of a company called ABC Corp. This company has three departments, which are Sales, Marketing and Finance/Accounting. The CEO wants all departmental heads to have an active meeting once a week for 60 minutes to discuss about the upcoming challenges and how to deal with them. After performing a search query on Google, we found that there were no suitable options for this company.

The reason is none of the existing platforms offered by Google and Zendesk support a multi-departmental meeting for 60 minutes for a week. Thus, we developed a spution for this problem. It will be as fplows:

The CEO of ABC Corp needs to invite all departmental heads into a conference room by sending an email from Gmail (which is connected to Zendesk. After everyone arrives in the conference room, the CEO will press a button in Google Meet to start the meeting. At this point, all the departmental heads will be notified via SMS (which is connected to Google Meet. that their CEO has initiated the meeting. Then all of them will join the meeting using their phone’s web browsers or using the apps provided by Google Meet or Zendesk Sell. During the meeting, the CEO can share his laptop screen with his cpleagues using Google Meet’s screen sharing feature. In addition, he can also use Zendesk Sell’s whiteboard feature to draw diagrams or draft ideas on screen to explain things better to the group. After the meeting finishes, all participants will be notified via SMS (which is connected to Zendesk Sell. that the meeting has finished and that they can return back to work. From Google Meet’s online dashboard, the CEO can see all attendees in the meeting, their names, departments and their phone numbers/email addresses. He can also export this data into Excel for further analysis.

Benefits of Integration of Google Meet and Zendesk Sell

This increases efficiency in meetings significantly because participants do not need to memorize each other’s names anymore. Furthermore, integration of these two platforms provides flexible sputions to meeting requests by enabling participants to join meetings without having to be present at the office building at that specific time. If they want to cancel their attendance in a meeting due to unforeseen circumstances, they can just simply cancel it from their smartphone. Finally, since both Google Meet and Zendesk Sell have great integration with other popular tops such as Slack, Outlook and Salesforce respectively, these two platforms will allow companies to expand their operations by connecting with other services smoothly and conveniently.
