Google Tasks is a very nice feature of Google where we can save our daily tasks, notes and appointments. If we want to share our tasks with family members or friends then there is a limitation of sharing it publicly. There is no way to share the tasks with other people privately. To overcome this limitation we need to use third party applications like shippit. Shippit is a web-based task list manager which is designed for single users as well as for teams. You can also link your google tasks to shippit. Now you will be able to access your tasks from anywhere, anytime.
Google Tasks and shippit can be integrated easily. Initially, you will have to go to Google Tasks and then click on “More” tab which is located at the top right corner of your browser. Then you will have to select “Google tasks” and then you will be prompted to enter the user name and password of your Google account. After entering the credentials you will be able to see a list of all your tasks in one place. We can add tags in tasks to make it easy to organize them. In addition, we can also add the due date. You can also set reminders for specific tasks. Once the reminder is set for a particular task, you will receive a notification about that task on your mobile phone or Gmail account. Then you will have to select the circle of people whom you want to share your task lists with. After this, you will have to select the number of task lists that you want to share with the selected people. Finally, you will have the option to choose between “sharing with people who don’t have a Google Account, or sharing with people who do have a Google Account”.
