Once sales tasks are assigned directly to sales stages in Salesmate, then they can easily see where they are in their sales process in comparison to everyone else who also has sales stages in Salesmate with sales tasks assigned directly to them. So they will easily be able to see where they stand in comparison to everyone else with similar sales stages in Salesmate. This way they would know exactly what they need to do next and how far along they are in their sale cycles so that they would know what stage they currently are in and what stage they need to move onto next so they would never lose track of their progress. So, if a sale hasn’t moved forward for several days after being assigned to a certain stage in Salesmate, then there must be something wrong with the current stage so either they should reach out again or even change the status of the sale from “In Progress” back to “In Touch” so that no one else assigns this sale again until it has been further worked on by someone else first.
