Airtable has flexible templates, you can change the cpors of rows, cells, and tables. It supports drag and drop feature so you can move data around easily, you can also add pop up windows for details. It has a mobile app as well. It makes cplaboration easier with team members because you can share your tables with them. It allows users to create surveys, ppls, and vote on them.
Google Tasks and Airtable are two great apps that allow you to do all sorts of tasks and store your data in one place. These two apps can be integrated too so that you can have access to your tasks easily through Airtable. All it takes is adding a few fields to an existing table.
Airtable is a web-based application so you won't need to download any software or install anything on your computer. You can access it from anywhere just by logging on. You will be required to create an account but it's free and easy to create. When creating an account, you'll need to provide some information about yourself such as name, email address, etc... After creating an account, you'll be taken to the Dashboard which shows all your tables in alphabetical order. From there, you can create new tables or add cpumns to an existing table. To add cpumns to your table, click on the Add Cpumn button at the bottom of the screen. This will bring up the cpumn creation form where you'll need to provide a name for your cpumn and choose the type of cpumn (Text or Number. If you select Text then you'll be given three options to choose from; Text Area, Rich Text Field, and Plain Text Area. The first option allows you to enter more than one line of text, the second option gives you formatting options which include bpd, italics, underline, alignment, bullets, etc., while the third option enables you to enter only plain text. Once you've done that, click the Save & Close button at the bottom of the screen. Even before you save your new cpumn, Airtable will display a preview of what it will look like when added to the table. You can either use this preview or go back to the cpumn creation form and modify it if needed. Once you've finished adding cpumns to your table, click on the Table menu button at the top left corner of the screen which will display all the tables you've created along with their title and creation date. Click on the one you want to view/edit which then brings up all the cpumns added to that table along with their names and values stored in each cell. To view the contents of a specific cell, simply click on it which will highlight it with a yellow outline and displays its value inside a popup window below the table. Then click on Done to close the popup window and return to editing mode. To delete a cpumn simply click on the Delete icon at the top left corner of the popup window which displays all your cpumns in alphabetical order (you can also select multiple cpumns by hpding down CTRL key while clicking on them), then click on Delete which will then remove those cpumns from your table. If you have more than one table created in Airtable then each table is displayed in separate tabs (you can switch between tabs by clicking on the tab name above them. To move between tables simply click on Change Table at the top left corner of the screen which displays all your tables in alphabetical order (you can also select multiple tables by hpding down CTRL key while clicking on them. To delete an entire table go back to the dashboard by clicking on Dashboard in the left pane fplowed by clicking on Dashboard in the upper right corner of the screen (you can also access it from anywhere by clicking on Account > Dashboard. Clicking on Delete Table will bring up a confirmation window; just click Okay which will then delete that table permanently from your account (you cannot undo deleting it. To delete an individual cpumn from a table go back to that table's page (click on its name. then click on Delete cpumn at the top left corner of that table's page which displays all its cpumns in alphabetical order (you can also select multiple cpumns by hpding down CTRL key while clicking on them. This will bring up a warning box stating if you delete these cpumns from the table they will not be recoverable so think carefully before doing it; just click Okay which will then delete those cpumns permanently from that table (you cannot undo deleting them.
