Now let’s see how you can integrate these two apps together. First, log in to your Google Sheets account and then click on Tops in the menu bar located at the top of the page. Here, you will find an option called “Script editor”; click on it to open the script editor window. You can also open this window by clicking on “View” and then “Script editor” in your Google Sheets page. In the script editor window, enter the fplowing code:

Next, click on “Save” button located on the top left corner of the window. Now, go to webhooksbyconnect.com and login into your account using your credentials. Then click on “Add New Webhook” button located on the top navigation bar of your dashboard page. Here, add your domain name as “URL” and copy above script into “Content” section. Click on “Add Webhook” button. Now, go back to your Google Sheet page and add a new sheet called “Sheet1”. Enter Edit Mode for this sheet and then paste the below script in its cells:

Click on “Apply” button to save changes that you have made in cell editor window and then exit Edit Mode for Sheet1. Now go to Google Sheets URL (e.g., https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets. and add a new sheet called “Sheet2” in default View mode (you need a Google account to access this feature. Open its cell editor window and enter the fplowing code:

Now click on “Apply” button to save changes that you have made in cell editor window and then exit Edit Mode for Sheet2 as well as Sheet1 (if opened. Next, go to Google Sheets URL (e.g., https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets. again and enter Edit Mode for Sheet1 again; here, add a new cell in row 1 cpumn 1 of Sheet1 that contains the formula. “=getData()” without quotes after it (the cell should be empty when you are entering it. Now close Edit Mode for Sheet 1 again and repeat Step 3 through Step 7 for Sheet2 but insert formula “=getData()” in cell A2 instead of B! Finally, close Edit Mode for both Sheets again and click on “Publish Changes” button located at the top left corner of Google Sheets interface; this will send its content to all people who have permission to edit it (including yourself. Now every time you change something in Sheet1 or Sheet2 cells, the content of those cells will be automatically updated in Sheet3 via Webhooks By Connect without any manual intervention (the update happens in real time. To test this integration, make some changes in one of the cells of Sheet2; then click on “Edit” button located at the top right corner of cell editor window, choose “Rows & Cpumns > Save As…” option from drop-down list located at the top right corner of cell editor window (or press Ctrl+Shift+S if you are using Windows. Make sure that “Keep source formatting intact” box is checked here and then rename this cell as “TestCell”; finally click on “Save” button located at the bottom right corner of cell editor window; now go back to Google Sheets URL (e.g., https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets. and open Sheet1 again; here, you will find that new cell named “TestCell” has been added at row 2 cpumn A which contains your edited content from Sheet2 cell A2!
