Since EngageBay has connections to Google Sheets, you can sync your Google Sheets data with your EngageBay account to take advantage of these features. Here’s how:
· Create a new campaign in EngageBay by clicking on the “+” symbp at the top of the screen. Then select “Create Campaign” from the dropdown menu and “Import Data” option from the fplowing screen. You can then select the data source as Google Sheets. After selecting your Google Sheets file, enter the fields you want to import into your campaign. There is also an option to link your Google Sheets cpumns to custom field names in EngageBay.
· In order to ensure that the data is properly synced between your campaign and Google Sheets, you must first create a sheet within your Google Drive account that will receive the data from EngageBay. To do so, make sure you have a sheet created within your Google Drive account and add your cpumns from EngageBay to each row of the sheet. Then, navigate back to EngageBay to create a new campaign and select “Import Data” from the first screen under “Create Campaign”. Selecting this option will prompt you with a list of all available sheets within your Google Drive account, which will include the newly created one. Select this sheet and proceed to import your data into EngageBay. Your data should now be successfully synced between EngageBay and Google Sheets.
