Introduction of Google Photos and Zoho Invoice
Google Photos is a cloud storage & sharing service developed by Google. It was released on May 28, 2015, in San Francisco. It is built into Google+ mobile apps. Google Photos allows users to store an unlimited number of photos and videos up to 16 megapixels, with free storage of original respution images for photos uploaded before December 16, 2015, and videos of up to 1080p quality. After this limit, users will be able to store files at their full respution for free for as long as they are visible on the Google Photos website. Users will also be able to back up external photos and videos from their Android or iOS device directly to Google Drive, including content from the device’s rplback buffer.
Zoho Invoice enables you to create, send & track professional invoices from your desktop or mobile devices. Track time & expenses, access reports & more – all from a single dashboard that works anywhere.
In this section, I have combined the two companies’ products to create a product that could help businesses save money and time. In my example, I have used Google Photos’ ability to edit images and Zoho Invoice’s ability to invoice clients. This integration will help businesses save time and money by allowing them to save money on editing photos manually before sending it out to clients. Another benefit that can be gained from this integration is that businesses will not have to print out paper copies of the invoices before sending it out to their clients due to Zoho Invoice’s ability to send out PDF copies of the invoices. This means that businesses do not have to spend money on printing costs as well as time spent on trying to find a suitable printer around the area. In addition, since the invoices are sent through email, there is no need for businesses to pay for postage services either. All these benefits will help businesses save money and time that can be invested into other areas such as marketing and creating new products. While integrating the two companies’ products together may seem like a difficult task, I believe that it can be done fairly easily due to the fact that both Google Photos and Zoho Invoice are cloud-based products which means that both companies already have servers set up for users who wish to use their products. For this reason, I do not believe that there should be any problem integrating both companies’ products together.
In conclusion, we can see that by combining the two companies’ products together we can gain many benefits such as reduced printing costs and reduced workers’ days due to less paper material used and reduced time spent on editing photos before sending it out to clients and the reduced time spent finding a nearby printer as well as reducing costs spent on postage services as well as providing the ability for businesses to save more time for other important things such as marketing and creating new products.
