Google Photos is a service provided by Google which enables users to store, manage and share photos and videos with other users. It also allows users to edit and enhance their photos and videos with built-in tops such as Auto Enhance or select from an array of pre-made filters. It supports all major formats of images and videos so users can import their images and videos from various sources such as their mobile devices, cameras, social networks, and cloud storage. Users can share their photos and videos on Google Photos with friends and family through a private sharing option or publicly through their Google Plus profile and Google Photos albums.
Google Photos was launched in May 2015 as a replacement for Picasa, an image-organizing and photo-sharing platform that Google introduced back in 2002. It was announced on May 16, 2015 during the company’s annual I/O Conference. In October 2015, Google added a video-sharing capability to Google Photos as well as a new Auto Upload feature that automatically transfers pictures from a mobile device to the service's cloud storage.
Autotask is a cloud-based software spution that helps small businesses manage their IT operations. It offers a range of features services such as project management, customer relationship management, service desk ticketing, asset management, help desk ticketing, and inventory management. These features enable small businesses to automate their day-to-day operations and easily manage their customers and employees. In addition to these features, Autotask also offers additional services such as time tracking, project management, application development support, accounting, CRM integration, resource management, project costing, expense management, and business intelligence. The spution also provides its users with 24/7 technical support along with a complimentary partner network of system integrators and value-added resellers.
In June 2016, Autotask announced that it will soon integrate the Google Photos service into its own platform. Once integrated, Autotask users will be able to access Google Photos right inside the Autotask system. This will allow them to easily share images with their clients, contacts or employees directly from Autotask. All they need to do is upload their images into the Google Photos service then share them via email or embed them into other Autotask forms. Clients will be able to access the images through Autotask’s file system while employees can view them using Autotask’s intranet feature. Furthermore, the integration of Google Photos into Autotask will give companies the ability to create custom galleries for their clients. These galleries will be displayed on the client’s dashboard where they can see updates about their projects or tasks without leaving the platform. Another benefit of integrating Google Photos into Autotask is that it will provide small businesses with more powerful search capabilities that can help them find images more easily.
The integration of Google Photos into Autotask will benefit both companies using the service and their clients. For example, companies using Autotask will be able to create custom galleries for their clients allowing them to view updated information related to their projects or tasks. They will also have access to better search capabilities that can help them find the images they need in just a few clicks. Additionally, clients will be able to access their images in just one place which will reduce the time they spend searching for specific files across numerous systems. Moreover, this integration will allow them to send emails to their contacts or employees directly from Autotask which makes it easier for them to communicate with other people in the organization.
The process to integrate Google Photos and Autotask may seem complicated and intimidating. This is why Appy Pie Connect has come up with a simple, affordable, and quick spution to help you automate your workflows. Click on the button below to begin.
