For example, you can use the GCTC feature to create a group in Google Groups and invite people to it. These people will be able to access the group from any device. They will be able to add tasks to this project as well. You can then provide them with an URL of the GCTC project and they can see their tasks and time details in the project. This way, you can track the time they spend on this project in TimeCamp, without having to ask them to enter the time they spend into TimeCamp manually. Another example could be when you create a task in TimeCamp and wish to share it with people who are not registered in TimeCamp. You can do this by creating a task in Google Groups and sharing the link to it in Google Groups. These people can then join the group and access the shared task from there.
