They no longer need to open multiple accounts or windows just to get access to their social media accounts or other applications/services they need. With the integration of Google Groups and CloudTalk, they can now get access to all the apps and services they need in one place via CloudTalk.
To integrate Google Groups and CloudTalk, one must have an account in both platforms. For those who have an account in CloudTalk but do not have an account in Google Groups, they can simply sign up for a free Google Group account. For those who already have accounts in both CloudTalk and Google Groups, it is just a matter of logging into the same account in each platform to integrate the two together.
Once logged in to the same account in both platforms, there will be a “Connect” icon displayed on the left side of the screen. Simply click the “Connect” icon to integrate both platforms with each other. Then all the emails from your Google Group account will be displayed on your CloudTalk inbox/dashboard. As for accessing your social media applications/services, you can access them from the “Apps” tab on your dashboard/inbox.
