  • Click on Tops > Script Editor
  • In the code section, paste the entire code and click on Run
  • Then click on Get Code and save it as a .gs file.
  • Go back to your Google Form and click on Share > Embed Code > HTML. Then paste the link generated from Step 3 and click on Update.
