An integration of Google Forms and ShipRocket allows users to cplect all the information from their customers via a form on a website. One can create a form using Google Forms and then integrate it directly to a ShipRocket e-commerce page. Then, customers can fill out the form while purchasing a product or signing up for a subscription. After filling out the form, the user will have the option to skip the checkout process and complete the purchase directly from the Google Form. In this way, all the information necessary for making a sale will already be filled out when a customer reaches the checkout page. This way, one does not have to repeat the process of cplecting information from customers. This saves time and allows for faster processing of orders. It also eliminates the possibility of errors in customer data entry.
Integration of Google Forms and ShipRocket is easy. First, one needs to make sure that both Google forms and ShipRocket are connected to a common Google account. Then, one should go to the “Settings” tab of the form in Google Forms. Under “Gathering Information” section, select “External URL” as the “Source Type”, type in https://forms.shiprocket.com/formew in the “URL” field, select “Convert submissions into orders” option in “Ordering” section, then click “Save”. Now anyone who fills out the form will automatically be directed to our platform where they will be able to finish their purchase without filling out any additional information. To connect your Google account with your ShipRocket account go to Settings > Integrations > Add Integration > ShipRocket > Authorize integration > Save Changes. That's it! You've successfully integrated Google Forms with ShipRocket.
