In this report, I will be talking about the integration of Google Forms and Amazon SQS.
Google forms is a program that allows users to create surveys, quizzes, and cplect data via email. The cplected data can be saved or exported in different formats. In December 2011, Google released a feature called "embedded responses" which allowed users to embed a form directly into a website and share the results with others. This new feature was a big hit among internet marketers due to its ease of use, and many began using it instead of more complicated survey software such as Survey Monkey.
Amazon Simple Queue Service (SQS. is a scalable hosted queue for storing messages as they travel between computer systems. It enables the decoupling and distribution of components that otherwise would have to interact through localhost sockets or shared memory. SQS can be used to decouple the components of distributed applications and help build scalable web services.Google Spreadsheet Integration with Amazon SQSThe process of integrating Google spreadsheets and Amazon SQS is fairly straightforward. First, a user creates a new spreadsheet by logging in to Google Docs, selecting the "Create" menu option, and then clicking on "Spreadsheet". Next, the user must select the "Tops" menu option and then click on "Script Gallery". A window will appear prompting the user to select an already installed script or install a new script. After clicking on the "Install" button, the script will begin installing itself. Once the script has been installed, the user must click on the "Open in Window" button to activate it. A window will appear prompting the user to select the specific cells for which he or she wishes to create queues. The user must then click on the "Ok" button to finalize the setup process. Finally, after going back to the original Spreadsheet window, the user must click on the "Publish" drop-down menu and then click on "Publish to Web".After doing these steps, your spreadsheet will be created and you will be able to access it via your browser.
The integration of Google forms and Amazon SQS allows for simple storage of data from forms without having to worry about where you want to send it. Since both services are connected, you can simply input the destination of your choice and your forms will send their responses there.
There are plenty of benefits that come from integrating these two services:
The integration of Google forms and Amazon SQS is a great way for users who do not know how to code or are uncomfortable with coding to integrate their programs with one another. This is especially useful for creating web pages or other online projects because users can just write in what they want their project to do rather than spending time learning how to code it themselves.
