Google Drive is a cloud storage service launched by Google in 2012. It’s basically a cloud storage for all your files, documents, photos, videos, PDFs, etc. You can access all of your files from any internet connection. The best thing about Google Drive is that you don’t have to pay to store your files. Google charges extra for additional storage.
CalendarHero is a program that helps you manage your calendar and tasks. It helps you create events, tasks, reminders, etc. It also has an option where you can sync your local calendar with Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar. It also helps you manage your time with alerts, notifications, etc.
Integration of Google Drive and CalendarHero is very easy. However, there are two ways to do it. The first way is to use the web-based Google Drive software. Another way is to use desktop software that connects with Google Drive and CalendarHero.
Using the web-based Google Drive software can be done by typing https://drive.google.com into your browser. On the left side of the page, there is a menu button. Click on the menu button and select “More” under the “Connect More Apps” section. You can now select CalendarHero under “Available Apps”. This will open the CalendarHero options on the right side of your screen. Selecting “Link” at the bottom of the page will open up another pop-up window. Here, you can enter the CalendarHero URL or your email address for it to sync with your Google account. If you want to use CalendarHero as your default calendar application, then select “Set as Default” before hitting “Link” again.
Alternatively, if you want to sync with an existing calendar on Google Drive, navigate to the Google Drive application through your browser. Now click on the “My calendars” button on the left side of your screen (under “My calendars”. and then selecting “Make Changes” at the bottom of your screen. On this page, you can tick on the box under General Settings that says “Sync this calendar with other applications” and then select “OK” at the bottom of your screen. You can now select which calendars to import from Google Drive into CalendarHero by clicking on the “Settings” tab on top of your screen and then selecting “Select Calendars…” from the drop-down menu under Fpders from the left side of your screen. Finally, hit “Done” at the bottom of your screen and then “Create” at the top of your screen.
