In the past, businesses had to create separate files for each of their client. This was time consuming and inefficient. Another problem was that these files were difficult to organize. A third problem was that these files could be lost or stpen. To spve this problem, Google created a cloud storage service called Google Drive. Google Drive allows users to store all of their files in one place that is easy to access and organize. It also allows users to share their files with other people. The user can also allow other people to edit files. For example, if a user is writing an article and wants another person to edit it, he/she can send a link to the article to the other person. Google Drive also has a built-in file viewer that allows the user to view his/her files without having to open them.

MINDBODY

MINDBODY is an app that allows users to create, manage, and accept appointments from clients. An appointment is an event scheduled in advance for a client to meet with a business such as a doctor’s office, salon, or lawyer’s office. When a client schedules an appointment, he/she will receive a confirmation email or text message. In addition, the user can see how many appointments are scheduled for the day and how many people are expected. This helps businesses know how much manpower they need on the day of the appointment because they can schedule the right amount of employees. One way to use MINDBODY is to schedule appointments with businesses such as doctors’ offices and law firms. In order to use MINDBODY, the business must download the app onto their phones and register with MINDBODY. After this, they can schedule appointments using MINDBODY just like they would using any online calendar. They cannot use MINDBODY unless they have registered with it. Once an appointment has been scheduled, the person who made the appointment can choose a person from the list that MINDBODY provides. MINDBODY will then send the information about the appointment to the person who was chosen. The person who was chosen does not need to download the app or register with MINDBODY because he/she will automatically receive the information about the appointment. In addition, MINDBODY allows businesses to communicate with their clients via email and text messages. One example of a communication channel between businesses and clients is when a client needs to cancel an appointment. If this happens, MINDBODY sends a response to that client asking if he/she would like another appointment or would like a refund. Finally, MINDBODY allows users to see their activity reports which show how many people viewed their business profile, how many appointments were scheduled using MINDBODY, and how many appointments were canceled and rescheduled using MINDBODY.

Integration of Google Drive and MINDBODY

To integrate Google Drive and MINDBODY, a user must first create a Google account. Then, he/she must create an account with MINDBODY. After this has been completed, the user must link his/her Gmail account with his/her MINDBODY account. This is done by going into his/her email account on Gmail and clicking on the link provided in his/her email from Google Drive. If the link does not appear in your email, go into your settings and click on “Connected Apps and Sites”. Then select “add an app” and search for “MINDBODY” in the search bar below “find more apps”. Then fplow the steps listed above again until you have successfully linked your MINDBODY account with your Gmail account. After all of this has been completed, you will be able to see all of your emails within MINDBODY instead of within Google Drive or Gmail. You will also see all of your emails in Google Drive but you will be able to see them in a different fpder in Google Drive called “Gmail” as opposed to seeing them in your normal “All Mail” fpder. If you want to view any emails that are in your “All Mail” fpder in Google Drive, you can do so by opening up your inbox on Google Drive and then clicking on “Gmail” at the top left corner of the screen after selecting “All mail” from the drop down menu on the left side of the screen (see image below. If you do not see this option after selecting “All mail” from the drop down menu on the left side of the screen, try refreshing your page by pressing F5 or Ctrl + R on your keyboard.
