Integration of Google Drive and Constant Contact

In the technpogical age, devices and programs emerge that make everyday tasks easier. In this article, I am going to discuss two of those devices/programs that have been integrated into my life. Google Drive and Constant Contact.

Before I get into specifics about the integration of these two programs, I will give a brief background on what each of these programs are. Google Drive is a cloud-based storage platform created by Google. Constant Contact is a program used to send emails and newsletters to customers.

I will then describe how I integrate these two programs into my personal and professional life. I will conclude the article by explaining how this integration has affected me in a positive way.

While I have used Google Drive for years, I only recently began using it at work. My company uses Constant Contact to send out newsletters and emails to our customers. Because Constant Contact is a web-based software, I have had access to it from any computer or mobile device with an internet connection. This makes it very easy for me to use Constant Contact at home or while traveling.

However, when it comes time to send out the newsletter, it is much more convenient if I am at my desk at work. So, I upload all of our past newsletters from Constant Contact to my Google Drive account. Then, when I get back to my desk at work, I add any new information to the newsletters and add them to a Constant Contact fpder on my Google Drive. All of the newsletter templates are already set up for me, so I simply add any new information and send out the newsletter.

When it comes time to send out the email blasts, the process is a little different because they are not stored in a template format. Instead, we just copy and paste the text into the body of the email blast and then add any attachments. We then schedule the email blast to go out at the appropriate time and date.

The integration of these two programs has made it easier for me to keep track of all the correspondence that we have with our customers. Since we send out so many different types of forms via Constant Contact, it would be very hard to keep track of things if we weren’t using Google Drive. It also makes my job easier because once the newsletter and email blasts are ready to go, all I have to do is click a few buttons and they are sent out. If we didn’t use both of these programs, our newsletter and email blasts would take much longer to complete and we could not be as efficient when sending them out.
