Google Docs is an online product which allows users to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentation. It is a part of the Google Apps suite. It was introduced in 2006. Although Google Docs itself is free to use, it requires a Google Apps account. Google Docs has a very basic user interface but provides a lot of functionality within that interface. Integration of Google Docs and Paymo

Accounting records are stored in a database, which can be accessed through a web-based system or a desktop application. The data stored in a database is stored as a series of records and a series of fields. In order to manipulate the data, it must be extracted from its original location and imported into another program, such as Google Docs. This process is called exporting. In order to import data from Google Docs into Paymo, it must first be exported as a CSV file. Once it has been exported as a CSV file, it may then be imported into Paymo. The fplowing table describes the process of exporting and importing data from Google Docs into Paymo:
