Integration of Google Docs and LeadFuze

LeadFuze is a web based CRM spution which offers a great range of services. It has been used by many companies to cater to their needs and help them grow their businesses. Google Docs is a web-based word processing, spreadsheet and presentation application, which can be accessed anywhere in the world with internet connection. Google Docs can be used for creating documents, spreadsheets, presentations and drawing tops. This integration helps its users to create, edit and share documents from within LeadFuze account. Google Docs can be accessed from the “Tops” tab on the top menu bar in LeadFuze. By integrating these two software applications, it has become easy for users to create, edit and share documents from within their LeadFuze account. Users can create documents, edit existing documents and also create spreadsheets. These documents can be shared with other users through mail or social networking sites such as Twitter, Facebook etc. They can also be viewed by other users without having to open their LeadFuze account.

Integration of Google Docs and LeadFuze

Google Docs can be accessed from within LeadFuze account. For this, users have to login to their LeadFuze account. Then they have to go to the “Tops” tab on the top menu bar. The next step is to click on the Google Docs icon which will appear as a pop up box on the left side of the screen. It will display a window that shows all the documents created by the user along with a “New Document” button in the top right corner. Users simply have to click on this button to create a new document. Alternatively, users may click on the “Open” button in order to view existing documents created by them earlier. The last option available is “Share” which allows users to share these documents with other users through mail or social networking sites such as Twitter, Facebook etc. This integration also enables users to edit any of the existing documents created by them through Google Docs. After clicking on “Open” option under Google Docs in LeadFuze account, users will find an option called “Edit Document” in Google Docs window. Clicking on this option will take the user directly to editing mode of the document which he wants to edit. The last option available under Google Docs in LeadFuze account is “Create Drawing” which allows users to create new drawings based on sketches or images available on Internet or hard drive. Users simply have to select sketch or image that they want to use as a base for their drawings and then drag and drop it into Google Docs window. The system will automatically open Google Drawings application online which will enable the user to create drawings with the help of various tops and options available there. Once done creating a drawing, the user has an option to save it and then share it with others through different ways such as email, social networking sites etc.
